Our recent payments system update requires you to read and accept the following Payment Portal Terms and Conditions.

Payment Portal Terms and Conditions

For any and all payments made by you to United Airlines, Inc. ("United") using a credit card, debit card, eCheck, ACH and/or other form of electronic payment that may be accepted through our payment portal, Biller IQ, operated by Fidelity Information Systems Global (“Portal Operator”), where your payments are collected via the Portal Operator and are processed by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Bank”) (hereinafter, the "Service"), the following terms and conditions will apply:

1. Limitation of Liability. United’s liability for any loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of the Service (whether arising out of third-party claims, breach of warranty, or any other cause of action, regardless of any such cause of action), shall be limited to direct damages resulting from Portal Operator’s or Bank's gross negligence or willful misconduct in providing the Service. You will be responsible for the content, accuracy and completeness of all information and payment data supplied by you to Portal Operator, Bank, or United.

2. Exclusion of Consequential Damages. United shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of revenues or profits, for business interruption, or for loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the Service or the use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the cause of action and even if you have been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages.

3. Other United Agreements. To the extent you have entered into an agreement with United with respect to, but not limited to, (i) a United Cargo product, service, or shipping arrangement, or (ii) an employee travel, employee discount, or similar program offered to employees of United and its affiliates, then such agreement shall be deemed amended only as specifically provided herein, and such agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect according to its terms.

4. Additional Terms. Your use of the Biller IQ payment portal is subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as certain additional terms, including the Portal Operator’s terms and conditions presented to you when you make a payment using the Biller IQ payment portal.
